Special Mobility Services (SMS) is a non-profit organization serving communities in Washington and Oregon. For over forty years, we've worked to provide mobility to people with special transportation needs, but our services are not limited to that. We also work with community transportation partners, including volunteers, to provide rides for Medicaid clients going to health care appointments. And we operate shuttles that connect rural communities to urban centers. To us, mobility means access to your community.
