We first collaborated on residential summer schools in 2006 in the UK, creating and developing an international summer school specifically focused on hosting English learners from all over the world. The schools were based on several principles: language excellence, as broad an international mix as possible and an incredible summer experience. The... schools went from strength to strength and, by 2014, we managed 7 of the most prestigious summer schools in the UK , including in Oxford and Cambridge, welcoming more than 1000 English learners from over 100 different countries . All of our Speak Programme staff have previously worked as Directors in international summer schools and have many years of experience of language training and managing tailor-made language programmes, inspiring learners to improve their English and engage in an experience that they will never forget. Here are the profiles of some of the members of our Programme Team: Joe Joe Lang Operations Director After spending some years in Spain as an English teacher, Joe moved to Italy in 2001 where he worked in various schools and companies such as Natuzzi, Fastweb, Decathlon and as a lecturer at the University of Bari. He is an Examiner and Team Leader for all levels of Cambridge exams and has been Director of some of the UK's largest residential summer schools (Oxford, Kingston, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Bedford, Cheltenham). rustinRead More
