Sparks Construction was founded in 1979 by Charles Sparks. The company's core goals are developing strong customer relations and creating beautiful spaces. Charles passed away in the fall of 2005. A family friend, Brett Neil, bought the company in March of 2006. Brett has been in the building business for nearly 20 years. His custom home business,...
