Southgate Centre

Last year, Southgate provided space to more than 75 non-profit and charitable groups for fundraising, who collectively raised more than $200,000! This is just one of the ways Southgate reaches out and gets involved with the community. Thank you to all of our customers for supporting the local charities in the Centre! Who is eligible to use the char... itable locations? To be considered eligible for these spaces, there are several criteria considered regarding the application. First, the charity or non-profit group must have a registered Non-Profit number.Second, the organization must be raising funds solely for the organization. How many times can we use the charitable locations? Each organization can apply to be in Southgate for one week, twice per year. This parameter was established to give as many different organizations as possible the opportunity to use Southgate as a venue. Due to the busy retail Holiday Season, the Centre does not host any non-profit or charitable organizations during the months of November and December.
