In August of 2000 a team of former owners and key employees of CRI established Southern Retail Systems to service and sell systems for food service (hospitality), food market (grocery and convenience) and other retailers. Since that time, the firm has grown and strengthened to become one of the top Toshiba TEC resellers in the country. We have also... come to focus primarily on POS solutions for quick-service and fast-casual restaurants. By doing so, this has allowed us to hone our knowledge and skills to better service you, our customers. Now, with an install base that stretches from coast to coast, we have become the biggest reseller of the TEC FS-3700 POS in the United States. In 2002 we released the first versions of our exclusive Restaurant Information Manager (RIM) software, which is a highly-advanced data-management system that gives you your POS data in an easy to use website interface, with virtually no input from the end-user. We have since been making nonstop improvements and upgrades to RIM, and now have a RIM install base in the hundreds. Literally hundreds of our customers have gone to a virtually paperless reporting system, thanks to RIM.
