About Sound
Sound Company, The Children's Performing Choir of Oak Ridge, was founded in July 2003 by Sue Stone Byrne, Sally Avery and Francine Britto. The gold award winning choir is a non-pro?t performing arts ensemble of children from Oak Ridge and the surrounding areas. Sound Company and its freshmen choir, Sound Company Too!, are comprised of students in grades 1 through 12. Their work focuses on basic choral skills, healthy vocal technique and challenging choreography. During the 2008/2009 season, Sound Company has 39 Seniors, 42 Juniors and 26 Toos.
