Kristi has been a pioneer throughout her entire corporate career and she brings that same sense of innovation and passion to her leadership development work. She laid the foundation for her coaching practice in television where she held positions as an award-winning writer, reporter, anchor and producer, first at a CBS affiliate and then for over 15 years in senior management at CNN. She interviewed countless public figures and began developing a natural style of reading people and asking questions that uncover the heart of sensitive issues. As Kristi progressed in her career, she was continuously recruited by the Senior Executive team at CNN to lend her leadership expertise to high-profile, strategic projects and start-ups where she managed as many as 30 team members. Kristi's engaging management style and ability to solve problems enabled her to synthesize competing groups, effectively serving as a catalyst for change and winning countless awards. Kristi never pursues anything half-heartedly and when she established her business, she added an array of formal educational credentials to her repertoire.
