The owner, John Someson, holds a State Certified General Contractors License (#CGC1520518), which qualifies us to provide all forms of residential and commercial construction work. John began remodeling in 1998 with a high end firm in Hawaii and learned to do things the right way, thanks to excellent mentors. He moved to the Sarasota area of Florida in 2004 and worked for a Contractor who specialized in additions and large remodeling projects primarily in the Siesta Key area. Our clients understand that they can call on Someson Homes to update their kitchen or bathroom, remodel their entire home, or take care of any other needs they have from flooring to roofing and anything in between. Certain aspects of construction have specific trade licensing requirements. Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and Roofing are some examples of those trades. Over the years, we have developed great relationships with these Contractors. We can either manage your project along side these trades or get you in contact with them directly for smaller issues such as an A/C repair or ceiling fan installation.
