Solutions Property Finder Services was created in March 2007 to provide a complete property search service for members of the Legal Profession in connection with personal injury claims for their clients arising mainly but not exclusively from road traffic accidents or medical negligence claims. We prepare property search reports for clients of all... ages and where appropriate their families. The initial work consists of searching on the internet for suitable properties. In many cases we meet the client and/or his/her family and/or other professionals involved and then visit and assess suitable properties. We report back to the client's Solicitor and prepare our report. In addition if instructed we search for properties to purchase and negotiate the purchase price and liaise with the client and estate agents until an offer has been successfully negotiated.
