Karlie Cesarini , Co-Owner - MSW, LICSW Karlie holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She has over 10 years of experience working in residential settings and has been in pri... vate practice for well over 20 years. Karlie is also the Clinical Coordinator for Fall Rivers Community Outreach Programs- Safe and Successful Youth Initiative, Shannon Community Safety Initiative and The Gun Violence Prevention Program. Her clinical practice specializes in conflict resolution and solution focused treatment modalities. She has extensive experience in the provision of Child and Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy with specialization in working with Oppositional-Defiant, Conduct Disordered and at-risk populations. She utilizes a collaborative/client centered approach to therapy, tailoring the treatment to meet the needs of each individual client. Karlies schedule includes day and evening appointments, with a focus in working with individuals aged 12 and up. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from U Mass-Dartmouth along with a Masters in Counseling from Boston College . She has 15 years experience in Private Practice in addition to 15 years in Residential Population and has been LMHC certified since 1997. She specializes in Congnitive Behavioral Therapy, Oppositional Defiance, and Improving Parenting Skills, Anxiety and Mood Disorders. Her schedule includes Office Based Evenings and School Outreach; focusing on individuals aged 10+. Dr. Greg Cesarini holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from William James College.
