Currently we employ around 40 employees at our Kalamazoo, MI location and occupy 40,000 square feet in the Midlink Business Park - which houses our corporate headquarters, retail store and indoor training facility. One thing that separates us from a lot of other baseball/softball retailers is our staff. Virtually everyone you'll meet in our store,... on the phone, or even at the corporate level knows the game and plays the game. With softball associations having different rules and product technology always changing, things can get confusing. We work hard to know the answers to all of your questions and excel at leaving you satisfied with your experience. We are also extremely efficient when it comes to delivering your gear. We know how important that new bat or glove is to you. We process nearly every order the same day. we receive it. We get orders out fast so you can get out on the field - ready to perform your best. We are located in the midwest so every order throughout the United States is delivered in under one week - no matter where you are. We also ship worldwide so wherever you play the game, we can get the product to you. We have hundreds of youth baseball and softball athletes that train in our facility year 'round. Our facility houses 15 batting/hitting cages as well as a professionally turfed indoor field for tournaments and team rentals. We have several improvements and expanded programs coming soon as well.
