The company is the official importer for Bulgaria of the following brands: Lavazza, Bacardi, Martini, Dewar`s, Bombay Sapphire, Eristoff, Bacardi Breezer, Grandos (Deutsche Extract Kaffee), Prinsen, Twinings, Sambuca Molinari, Limoncello di Capri, Russian Standard Vodka, Walkers Shortbread, Amaretto Disaronno, Tia Maria, Evian, Badoit, Wenneker and... others. Lavazza is our best selling product and number one imported coffee brand in Bulgaria. To support our coffee business we provide to our customers coffee machines, coffee grinders and other espresso equipment manufactured by the Italian company La Cimbali. SofStok is a supplier to chains of retail stores such as Metro C&C, Billa, HIT Hypermarket, Carrefour, Kaufland, Fantastico; chains of gas-stations like OMV, Eco-Elda; prominent hotels: Radisson SAS, Kempinski Hotel Zografski, Grand Hotel Sofia; all state institutions in the country: Council of Ministers, the Presidency of Republic of Bulgaria, President`s Residence in Boyana etc.; many banks, offices and premium catering outlets. Sofstok has developed a very good distribution network over the years. In Sofia deliveries are done by company`s own vehicles directly to the end customers, while in the other parts of the country the logistics is done via our distributors. All products sold by Sofstok company (roasted and packed coffee, instant coffees, spirits, creamers, teas and digestives) are accompanied by product certificates, stating their origin and quality. Sofstok has an own service and support centre since 1991. The service centre is situated in Sofia and is taking care of the equipment, sold or provided by the company. The focus is of course on the espresso coffee machines, coffee grinders and the other equipment of La Cimbali, but the centre also services equipment of other producers.
