Who is Sofra Partners
Sofra Partners began in June 1995 (formed by Terry Sofra and formally known as Terry Sofra & Co) to provide traditional accounting and taxation ser vices. After many years with other local firms the Principal identified failing on the part of the usual accountancy practice in servicing clients. There appeared to be a definite lack of expertise in assisting clients in Tax Planning, Wealth Creation, and Asset Protection. Starting with a few clients, the word quickly spread and through the help of client referrals and promotional seminars, the business reputation of competency, honesty and integrity, grew quickly. Today Sofra Partners (and the Sofcorp Group) has emerged as a leading regional Accounting and financial Service firm. The dedicated hard work and passion of the founders (and the early team) fuelled the growth of the practice based on the raw drive and dedication to help their small business clients grow wealthy. These culture and values continue to flow through the firm today, with a genuine desire to do the possible best for the client. The introduction of GST combined with consistently strong client referrals has seen the firm experience considerable growth. We now service a diverse range of clients including micro, small and medium sized business owners from a range of industry sectors. The practice is large enough to offer specialised advice and at the same time small enough to guarantee personal service to our clients. Living in an age of increasing financial complexity, we have responded to the needs of our clients and now offer a complete range of accounting, taxation, business advisory and financial services. If we cannot directly assist clients we draw on the extensive knowledge of our alliance partners to ensure they get the best solution for their needs.
