SoCal Claims Resolutions, was created in 2007 and has been employed by the moving industry to handle moving damage claims for Military approved carriers. Our objective is to limit financial exposure for Insurance companies and carriers from HHG claims. We have a network of licensed and bonded furniture technicians who have under gone our rigorous t... raining program. SoCal preforms background checks on all in-home technicians. Our services also include scheduling all the necessary third party services including but not limited to Appliances, Electronics, Art restoration, Property damages, upholstery cleaning and garment cleaning. Our comprehensive inspections include photos on every available claimed item. We take a close look at each claimed item and assess what, if any, liability can fall on our customers. We also include recommendations on settlement amounts and comparable replacements for high value items. Costs may differ depending on location, but we advise our clients of all charges prior to initiating any work. SoCal provides flexibility by allowing our members to exercise their right to repair, salvage and settlement by following the FVR guidelines. The majority of our business involves servicing GSA and DOD claims. We understand the time constraints on these matters and have the skills and expertise to deal with it effectively.
