Rattlesnakes can put out quite a bit of venom. Because of this, simply avoiding bites may not be good enough. Rattlesnake venom can still get on your clothes, shoes, or even sticks, brooms, etc.... to later envenomate you long after they have been removed. Our mission is to help our neighbors in Northern AZ to learn a more about snakes, especially... venomous ones and the role they play in our area. Of course donations are welcome, but our main focus is the snake. While other relocators, exterminators, etc.. will cost you $50 or more - we've found that more snakes can be saved if $ was not a deterrant. . A family-owned and operated service, SnakeSave was a result of generations of snake wranglers and critter enthusiasts. From snake removal to relocation, SnakeSave is focused primarily on education as well as conservation; relocation and rescue are an extension of this. Although indigenous venomous snakes are our primary relocation service - all snakes (reptiles and amphibians) are our passion. Each member of SnakeSave also has their own collections from which hands-on experience has become a part of growing up.
