Since 1999 we have been serving smoked sausages, hamburgers, chopped beef sandwiches, and hot dogs to the Dallas and Fort Worth area. We use fresh premium cuts of meat to make delicious gourmet hot dogs and more. Some people know us by our bright red street carts in 4 locations throughout Dallas on the weekends and others know us for catering at ev... ents. Throughout the years our food has developed quite the fan following but we believe it's not just because of our meats. Our employees love serving food with a smile. From the owner, who has been in the food industry for decades, to the cooks and vendors, we enjoy giving everyone who approaches our stand a great experience. Perhaps that's why we were voted the #1 hot dog vender in Dallas. What's our secret? We grill it to perfection every time because we passionately love what we do and want to share the taste of great food with everyone. We are a lot more than a Hot Dog Cart. We cater and serve the entire DFW Community. The owner of Smokin Joses Inc, Scott, comes from a rich culinary background. From the time his grandparents served gourmet seafood at the famous Stone Lodge to his family members now with multiple restaurants throughout the country, Scott knew food was his calling. Since 1999 he has been vending and catering all over the DFW area with the support of his wife, Donna. They have expanded to 4 stands and now offer catering through Smokin Joes as well as D&S Catering . Not only is Scott passionate about amazing food, he is supportive of his employees.
