About Smokehouse BBQ

Established in 2005. The Smokehouse BBQ has rib stickin' cowboy cookin'. We serve quality products that are cooked on site. Our meats are all farm raised and slowly smoked over Alaska's finest woods for up to 12 hours. Our meats are dry rubbed and cured to increase the moister of our product. When in season we use Mat-Su Valley potatoes and vegetables for our speciality products like potato salad, cole slaw and our baked beans. The Smokehouse also makes it's own premium BBQ sauce that has won many different awards across the state of California. Our main goal as a family run business is to put out a great product with an outstanding price. The Smokehouse BBQ started in California in 2005. After one year I moved to Alaska and reestablished the Smokehouse in Anchorage. We started out as a small shack on the corner of Boniface and Debarr.
