I started roasting pigs with my Dad before I can remember. I got my own smoker at age 13. By the time I was 17 I was living on my own and feeding crowds up too 100. From then until 2010, I was tweaking and perfecting my BBQ recipes until finally I was ready to open Smoke Incorporated BBQ and Bring The Smoke To You! Now we own a commercial tow behind smoker capable of smoking up to 350lbs at a time.
