Each year since we began in 1999, demand for them has grown tremendously. In 2006, we expanded our store adjacent to the bakeshop to better display and retail our pies. We have since expanded our bakeshop line and added many other items that are raised or created on this and other local farms. For several generations, the Smith family has worked th... e dairy farm and orchards at their location on Jockey Street in the town of Charlton, NY. For most of that time, marketing their products consisted of shipping milk for commercial processing and marketing and selling their fruit (mostly apples) and apple cider to local residents and to merchants for resale.
