With a practice focusing on estate... and trust administration and estate, tax, special needs, and business planning, Mr. Smeltzer works to preserve the wealth, independence, and peace of mind of his clients. Admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, Mr. Smeltzer is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Middlesex County, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Smeltzer earned his Juris Doctor degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Temple University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Smeltzer previously served on the Educational Advisory Board of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and has spoken extensively on the topics of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. In 2006, Mr. Smeltzer completed work on Guiding Those Left Behind In New Jersey: Settling the Affairs of Your Loved One with co-author Amelia E. Pohl, Esq. The book is a laymans guide to estate administration in New Jersey and also serves as a primer for certain basic estate planning issues.
