Smart State

Smart State is a licensed distributor of the DISC Behavioral and Motivators assessment. We use these two assessments to help our clients in three different ways. We administer the assessment for individual managers or employees. This helps the individual better understand themselves such that he or she can develop strategies to meet the demands of... their jobs and work environment. We administer the assessment as a pre-employment tool to job candidates. Our clients that have used this tool to help in the hiring process would never hire an employee again without it. This assessment will not only tell you the behavioral characteristics that the employee will display but it will tell you the ideal environment for that employee and how they should be managed. You can also determine whether or not the employee will be motivated by the job. We use the assessment to conduct group teambuilding seminars. Think how valuable it would be to understand how every member of your team reacts to the work environment and what motivates each. Even more valuable perhaps, each member of your team will understand every other member of the team.
