ISA ADAMU is the Founder/Principal Trustee of Smart Migration Initiative (SMI) a Non-Government Organisation. SMI assembles a network of trustees, experts and consultants with many years of experience in the field of migration management. ADAMU holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University, Kano, with a work experience spa... nning more than three decades with Nigeria Immigration Service. He is a certified expert on Managed Mobility: Trade, Migration and Labour Movement from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research and World Trade Institute; holds a Diploma on Irregular Migration Management from Spanish Police Institute; he is also a certified Document / Case management expert and investigator. ADAMU is SERVICOM trained and an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. He is widely travelled having attended several courses under his portfolio. He is a consummate teacher with particular flair for youth mentoring. ADAMU does migration related consultancy for many International organizations and at present he is Migration EU Expert 2 (MIEUX 2) for International Center for Migration Policy Development ICMPD. He has similar affiliation with ECOWAS, IOM, UNODC and ILO. ADAMU is married with children. EHINMOWO, TOYIN is the Executive Secretary and a trustee of Smart Migration Initiative.
