About Slackers
In 1992 Slackers opened as a Brick and Mortar Storefront in Portsmouth, NH. Slackers - the store - was inspired by a generation and a lifestyle. Slackers was the last of three stores, with the first opening in 1985 in Burlington, Vermont - Board With Life . Board with Life was the first skateboard/snowboard specialty store East of the Mississippi. The second store opened in Laconia in 1987 - Nu-Wave Sports . All 3 retail stores were sold and now we exist only on the world wide interweb. That's our story, now please enjoy our website that brings back memories and lets you continue to buy our t's, hoodies, and hats. More stuff coming soon, and when we figure it out, we'll get the ecommerce shopping cart up and running! For now, email any requests.
