Just within one year of engagement in the project, our portfolio includes over 6 hotels in top leisure travel, convention markets, and resort destinations located across the state of New York. With 3 of our own hotels under construction we are growing at pace. We strive to acquire, develop, reposition, renovate and operate hotels in the most attrac... tive markets and pride ourselves in providing services that allow our hotels and resorts to achieve solid growth and generate more revenue month after month, year after year. Currently we are managing hotels in attractive market of upstate New York, with plans of expanding to other states and cities. Mr Chetan Dave as a CEO made excellent negotiations and decisions for the company in order to obtain glorious hotel management projects like franchise of Holiday Inn Express and Best Western. Ms Aneri as General Manager for the facilities management is doing an outstanding job by managing hotel managers of those 6 hotels and has set an impressive record on revenue generation for the hotels. Mr Dave and Ms Aneri are persistently exploring new projects to handle, while three of company's own hotels are under construction and approvals.
