Skanska has signed a contract with Omsorgsbygg to build a nursing home in Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 440 M, about SEK 460 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter 2018. Lindeberg nursing home will include 144 rooms, good facilities for residents and an administrative part for the employees. The nursing home will have a total gross area of about 16,000 square meters.
