SiTiTRUST is the eighth company to be licensed as a Labuan trust company (license number: LT 0008) under the Labuan Trust Companies Act 1990 and the first to be licensed as a Labuan Administrator under the Labuan Offshore Securities Industry Act 1998 (license number: AD / 99 / 0001 A). It is based in Wisma Lazenda. The Board of Directors of SiTiTRU... ST includes accountants and lawyers, with full supporting legal and administrative staff. SiTiTRUST is closely associated with, but completely separate from the legal firm of Siti & Co who are also based in the same building. SiTiTRUST's expertise includes advisory services on sharia-compliant products and services, having been involved among others, in research work on Waqf and the establishment and operation of sharia-compliant mutual fund across three jurisdiction namely, Geneva, Hong Kong and Labuan. Through its legal associates, Siti & Co., SiTiTRUST has also prepared legal documents on various types of sharia-compliant financing, such as Al-Bai Bithaman Ajil, Al-Istisna', Qardhul Hassan, Al-Murabahah and Al-Kafalah.
