Our names are Jessie-Dean and Liberty and we provide safe, stress-free care for all your pets and animals (cats, dogs, horses, and even chickens!). With 8 years of experience, our goal is to make sure your pets, horses, an... d farm animals are healthy and comfortable while you are away. We strive to stick to their normal routines just like if you were there. We have experience with a variety of dogs including hunting dogs and high energy labs, huskies, and pit-mixes. Our experience also includes working with fosters from the Charlottesville SPCA with behavioral issues and assisting in confidence building. Both of us ride and are confident in handling horses of all sizes. We have worked with Quarter horses, Mustangs, Off the Track Thoroughbreds, Fox Hunters, and show horses. We have references upon request in regard to our equine experience. We have been certified in Equine Welfare & Management through Coursera.org in partnership with UC Davis. Including but not restricted to, Crozet, Foxchase, Cory Farms, Highlands, Western Ridge, Old Trail, Grayrock, Yancy Mills, Greenwood, Batesville, Afton (restricted areas), Peacock Hill, Ragged Mountain Farm, Rosemont, The Rocks, Retriever Run, White Hall, Ivy Farm, Ivy, West Leigh, Farmington, Edam Forest, and Bellair. Sister Sitters provided excellent care for our four schnauzers for two weeks while we relaxed at the beach! These pups are not an easy bunch, as two are geriatric, one is a rescue, and the other is very anxious. Jessie-Dean and Liberty established rapport with all four almost immediately. They were also great house sitters, and everything was in place when we returned. All communication with Sister Sitters is prompt and professional.
