Sis Farms has an operational radius of 60 miles. Marshell and Tracey are the primary operators along with their sons, Austen and Masen. Our farm continues to expand and diversify every year. We sp... ecialize in irrigated crops and also focus on NON-GMO (genetically modified organisms) and IP (identity preserved) corn and soybeans. We also lead the technology front, utilizing auto steer, GPS maps, auto swath, a brand new state of the art fertilizer plant, strip-till, and high-efficiency irrigation systems. Though we are growing, we continue to apply age-old philosophies: We treat each farm as if it were our own. We understand that the land is our most precious resource. We gain our livelihood from the land. We know that if we abuse or deplete the soils, were going to be the ones that lose out in the end. We treat others as we would like to be treated. We are honest, upfront, and on time. Dont let it fool you, yes were on the web, but that doesnt mean we are some big corporate farm. We take time to meet with you, and were almost always available via email or phone. We want you! We are always looking to expand. If your considering selling, retiring, or changing tenants, please contact us. It is our policy to bid on a farm only when there is going to be a true change in operators. We dont want to bid just to be used as a tool for a landlord to raise the rent on their tenant. We dont go knocking on doors either. We respect other farm operations.
