Each piece is examined in detail and any imperfections are marked for repair. Our skilled technicians use fabrication methods are necessary: welding, brazing, grinding, buffing. We will bring your parts back to their original shapes and dimensions. Plating / restoration is available for steel and stainless steel, and for all kinds of parts: automotive, hardware, boats, motorcycles and more. To insure the highest quality finish, the company's restoration process includes Triple Chrome Plating. Our process includes: Pricing and Tagging: Upon receiving your part, your items are immediately photographed, logged into our computer system and given a job number. Straightening: We remove any and all dents from your bumpers or specialty parts. Grinding/Polishing: Our polishing ends with a final stroke of 500 grit finish to insure that "show chrome" finish. Others charge more; we include it in our normal process. Plating: All parts are coated with 2 layers of nickel, duplex nickel and bright nickel and well as a final chrome plating finish to insure the maximum quality finish. Cleaning/Final Inspection: All parts are cleaned/inspected for any defects in workmanship. Packaging: All parts are individually packaged for final processing before customer pickup.
