Carolyn Singleton-Russell has received several Medals, Awards, and Recognition for her dedication to her country and the medical profession. She graduated from the U.S. Naval School of Health Sciences with 'Distinction'. Carolyn Singleton-Russell was a U.S. Navy 'Corpsman', Surgical Technologist, Operating Room Circulator, and Health Care Manager. She earned a Health Care Administrator/ Health Care Management Bachelor Degree from the University of Phoenix with a GPA above 3.0. She has over 20 years of excellent medical expertise as an Instructor, Preceptor, Health Care Administrator, Health Care Manager, Certified Surgical First Assistant, Certified Surgical Technologist, and Sterile Processing, Decontamination, and Distribution Lead Technician.
