Since its establishment in Thessaloniki, it has been a pioneer in the field of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), introducing simulation to South-East Europe. Back in 2001 only few industrial companies utilized simulation tools to aid their design process. Creating and validating the virtual prototype of a product had been perceived as an excessive luxury.
