SimQuest was founded in 2001 to create surgical simulation training systems. Founder Howard Champion, MD, recognized early on that emerging simulation technology could fill the need to enhance surgical training and reduce risk to patients. Our first product was an IV insertion trainer that went on to become the best-selling IV trainer on the market. SimQuest's customized solutions have been used and proven effective in a wide variety of training environments, including military settings, and by leading surgeons and educators in national health institutes, medical device and equipment manufacturing companies, and leading-edge surgical training and licensing programs.
