Who is Simply Country Barn
Simply Country Barn is a family-owned business that is run by the husband-wife team, Jim Tryba and Carrie Tryba. Founded in 2015, we are a unique, state-certified wedding and event venue located in Freedom, WI. The idea of converting this barn space into a wedding venue struck us when we quit being dairy farmers, sold our cows, and moved to Freedom, WI. Looking for a space to move our Simply Country Floral and Decor business, we stumbled across the barn and immediately fell in love with it. We decided to expand our business and create a beautifully rustic, yet renovated venue for weddings and events. Our barn is over 100 years old and covers 200 square feet of land. We have now renovated both the main barn and the lower level barn. The upper barn can seat up to 400 seats. The main dining area has approximately 240 seats. This area is open seasonal.
