Simple Solutions Psychiatry was established by a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In addition to medication management, we offer psychotherapy as well as life-style changes as we treat the individual through a holistic approach. What makes Simple Solutions Psychiatry unique is the level of flexibility that we offer. In... addition to in-office visits, which will be available May, 2018, we also offer telepsychiatry services for patients who would rather see our providers through tele-conferencing. Our telepsychiatry services offer flexible hours to include weekend and evening hours. Medication Management- New patients will meet with a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an initial evaluation which typically takes about 1 hour. A treatment plan will be established to include follow-up visits. Established patients will continue to see the PMHNP during follow-up visits for treatment evaluation. These visits typically take 15-30 minutes. Individual Psychotherapy and Counseling- New patients will meet with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or LCSW, for an initial evaluation which typically takes about 1 hour. The LCSW will work with the patient to formulate a treatment plan, which will include frequency of follow-up visits. Follow-up therapy sessions will continue to be hour-long sessions.
