We grow Fuyu and Hachiya persimmons, our Fuyu's we label as Simple Simmons. Our Hachiya persimmons are Honeys. Fuyu's and Hachiya persimmons have different eating processes. The Fuyu's are ready to eat off of the tree, while Hachiya's take time to soften and ripen, but are a great baking ingredient. As growers we take great pride in the quality of fruit we produce.
