The greatest reason for using them is they are easy to order from and they ship immediately. That makes them #1 for me. Rock On Simple. Excellent product, but you can find excellent product elsewhere. What you wont find elsewhere i... s how they treat we customers. Package always include a personal note, discounts for future orders and (best of all) samples of other products. And not merely a gram or two but a good sized sample to truly test. Fast delivery doesnt hurt either. Im a well satisfied customer. Ive placed dozens of orders with Simple Botanical over the last few years. I always receive a great product, but maybe more importantly great service. They are quick to respond to any questions and have helped me with my lack of IT ability a few times. Excellent company. When my order arrived I was very pleased at how it was professionally packed. I also enjoyed the complimentary free sample of Red Vietnam kratom and the candies. I will for sure be ordering from Simple Botanical again. Very high quality. I have used several other suppliers and many of them have spotty quality. One time its great, the next time its terrible.
