Our 28,000 square foot warehouse has state of the art equipment. The building and company features covered loading docks and parking for our trucks, a cooler monitoring system, Monday through Saturday delivery service, we have available for use a dry storage, freezer and cooler space to store Items for you. In addition to this, we have a full HACCP plan, a pest control and sanitation programs' always scoring in the high 90's every time. This helps us insure the very best safety, handling and storage practices for your produce. As owner/member of PRO*ACT USA, North Americas largest food service produce procurement and sales organization, Simon & Leeman sources our produce directly through our buying office. Located In the heart of "Produce County", Monterey, California, and our national buying office is staffed with some of the top produce professionals in the country. Our team of experienced buyers and field Inspectors has established contacts with our grower community (Sunkist, Dole, Del Monte, Driscoll, etc.) to ensure you the best price, for the highest quality product, delivered to your doorstep. We recognize the importance of buying local and supporting local businesses, so during the Michigan Farming Season, we purchase approximately 65-75% of our produce from local farmers with a food safety program in effect. We are able to purchase Organic Produce year round. Local Organic Amish Produce, during the Michigan Growing season.
