Rather than being confined by a timeframe, you can do these retreats at your own leisure and within your own timeframe. If you desire to nap or meditation longer, these retreat experiences allow you the freedom to choose. When Life is a Drain focuses on living a life that is full, when all of life seems to drain you of your time and energy. This retreat will take 2-4 hours to complete.
