About Siloam Smiles
Dr. Brandon L Chavez was raised in Northwest Arkansas where he enjoyed a well rounded upbringing. He juggled varsity basketball and football, piano lessons, church, Boy Scouts (Eagle scout award), A honor roll, and part time jobs. Dr. Chavez attended the University of Arkansas on a full ride scholarship where he received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and his US Air Force officers commission through Air Force ROTC. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma on a full ride scholarship. Upon graduation from dental school, he re-entered active duty and received orders to the US Air Force Dental Corps at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. Throughout his time in the Air Force, he has received numerous advanced continuing education courses in cosmetics, implants, sedation, surgical procedures, and CADCAM dentistry.
