Sierra Maestra Properties was formed in 1996. Since that time we have advanced ownership goals on more than seventy properties of varying product types and geographic locations. Today the firm focuses on urban office properties and new developments. Scott Haskins, a native San Franciscan, founded Sierra Maestra Properties to manage, lease, and repo... sition properties. Scott brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on repositioning and developing properties. Over the course of his career, Scott has participated in projects exceeding a billion dollars of value, comprising nearly 4 million square feet and 750+ residential units. For many years Sierra Maestra has acted as a trusted advisor to its clients, with capability to execute strategic plans. More recently, Sierra Maestra has taken on the sponsor role and begun leading the process. Sierra Maestra's client list includes local, regional and national real estate companies as well as high net worth individuals and public institutions. Scott studied finance and math at San Diego State University and holds a masters degree in real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a board member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage.
