Shop the Kei was established by AccessKEI, inc founder Kei Kucera. Kei had just moved to NYC; the Big Apple, and was dissatisfied with the shopping options available to her. She longed for a store to indulge her creative side. Kei went on to build a lifestyle brand that catered to creative, educated and affluent 30-45 year-old women. Named after he... r french roots and married name, Crokei Kucera opened its very first online boutique in the spring of 2010. We renamed the boutique Shop the Kei and continue to promote our Crokei Kucera brand worldwide. Our bohemian style products are inspired by casual elegance. Our customer is a creative-minded woman, who wants to look like herself, not the masses. She has a sense of adventure about what she wears, and although fashion is important to her, she is too busy enjoying life to be governed by the latest trends. To her, Shop the Kei is a portal of discovery and inspiration. A place for her to create herself. Our product offering consists of women's apparel and accessories, children's clothing, eyewear, and gifts. Each caters to the lifestyle of our five muses: soft & delicate; boho chic; easy cool; elegant classic; and modern sporty. We believe in promoting the adventurous spirit of a child.
