Shiv Build India Pvt. Ltd., is a private limited company incorporated on 14th December 2009. It was converted into a Private Limited company from a partnership firm named Shiv Builders, which was established in 1992, and was engaged in Infrastructure / Civil Construction work. The firm, hitherto, consisted of 2 partners viz Shri Nirmalsinh S Gohil... and Shri Ramdevsinh S. Gohil, who have 16 years and 13 years of experience respectively, in this line of business. Shri Nirmalsinh Gohil has been looking after the administration and finance division of the firm, while Shri R.S.Gohil looks after the technical aspects of the business including supervision of sites. The firm had undergone change in constitution, w.e.f. 01.01.2008 where by two new partners viz Shri Dharmendrasinh G. Gohil and Shri Mahendrasinh L Gohil joined the firm along with the then existing two partners. Both the new partners have an experience of more than 10 years in civil construction business. The constitution of the firm was changed to a private limited company, however the ownership and management has remained the same. Since its inception, the firm has been engaged in the construction of infrastructure viz Roads, Building etc with primary emphasis on road works . Its main business constitutes- tendering of Civil Infrastructure, projects of Government/ Semi Government / Government Corporations /Local Bodies and other statutory bodies and execution of the work upon award of the contract as per the tender documents. The company is a Govt. approved 'AA' class contractor and also with special category-I in road and building works. The firm's activities were, so far, confined to Bhavnagar District. However, since October, 2007 the firm expanded its activities, in the wake of Global Tendering, to various other centers viz. Amreli, Rajpipla,Vadodara and Ahmedabad .
