Shield Engineering Group

Highly Engaged Employees

Shield Engineering Group promotes a company culture of integrity, diversity, employee growth and flexibility. Starting with just two employees in 2009, a small business culture was inevitable. As Shield Engineering continues to grow, we work hard to ensure the non-corporate culture is maintained. We pride ourselves in having a tremendous group of e... mployees who not only enjoy working together, but also enjoy getting together for non-work events. We promote an open work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. Our goal is to provide a positive work environment where top-talented individuals can meet and exceed their career goals. Shield Engineering Group recruits the best and brightest individuals in the civil engineering and surveying fields. We grow our young professionals by immediately immersing them in challenging and rewarding roles. SEG offers extensive hands-on training along with formal career guidance under experienced engineers and surveyors, which is key to ensuring technical and professional development. Shield Engineering Group is committed to hiring professionals who are motivated by excellence, are technically proficient and have the desire to build lasting relationships with clients.
