Holly Elke has over seventeen years in developing and implementing integrated Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems. As a senior QHSE Advisor, one of primary areas of focus is on customizing and implementing applicable Risk assessment programs. This includes using a variety of risk analysis tools ( Task/facility hazard analysis, Root-cause analysis, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, What-if studies, HAZOPs , Acquisition assessments/EIA, Product Safety programs, etc.) and relevant Control Strategies / Programs for her clients. Her previous activities have included assisting a variety of organizations in the health, forestry, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries in Western Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean (PAHO/WHO - United Nations) attain and maintain relevant industry certifications ( ISO 9001/14001/17025/ 13485 , Certificate of Recognition, Responsible Care, etc.). Holly is also a certified external health and safety auditor for ENFORM's Basic Safety Program protocol and the Partnerships audit instrument as approved by the Alberta Safety Council. She is a certified instructor (ISW for SAIT instructors) with over 10 years of experience in developing and facilitating OHS and Quality Management training courses. She is currently a casual part-time instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary , Alberta , Canada .
