I aim to inspire and serve the modern mom who, like many of us, may have lost her way along the glorious, life-changing, and challenging path of motherhood. My mission is to advocate for the intentional practice of self-care among modern moms, and to provide a digital space to connect and share while doing so. My hope is to begin to change the narr... ative around what it means to be both a mother and a woman, and to encourage today's mom to nurture herself FIRST - not AFTER her kids/partner/everyone else in her family's needs are met. While there are a zillion platforms that tell mothers how to be a better mom and wife, I have not found many inclusive or intersectional spaces that help moms manage the effects of lack of self-care, such as guilt, stress (sometimes toxic), or lack of community and loss of self.Read More
