We can provide a full subcontract service from design, cutting (including laser cutting), punching, folding, fabricating, welding, painting or powder coating, assembly and delivery. We are happy to quote for one-offs, prototypes, and small or large production runs. We can receive and use your own CAD files by email or on USB stick, or we can take your existing or conceptual design and turn it into a fully worked up CAD/CAM software 3d model ready for CNC machining, laser cutting and folding. We use the leading industry standard software packages Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks and Autocad. This enables us to do virtual prototyping where in addition to generating CNC and laser paths and folding dimensions, we can also input material thickness and bend radius data etc, and look at limits and fits and potential clashes before any actual metal is touched.
