Shaw was set up in 1990... and now employs some 30 people. The service we offer usually begins at the product design stage where we work in partnership with our customers to establish the best design and materials to meet usage and budget requirements. It may be followed by a prototype and testing phase prior to full production. The company has cutting, bending, fabrication, painting and finishing equipment in-house. We even have our own nitrogen manufacturing plant which runs our Amada range of equipment. By being in control of the whole job we can be certain of keeping to agreed delivery times including 'just in time' manufacturing schedules. So Shaw has considerable resources to do the job but has retained a flat management structure meaning that senior management are hands-on to the daily running of the business.
