Sharzules Quality Foods Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and managed business that processes the best available garlic, chilli and ginger from overseas and produces sauces and pastes, using, where possible, Australian ingredients, as well as, ingredients from overseas. Allergens: The business does NOT use, stock nor process; any nuts, dairy, fish or... poultry products. In 1983 the brand Sharzule evolved, supplying a tight range of products to a number of food service distributors, mainly in the eastern states of Australia, and retail products to small stores such as gourmet grocery and local butcher shops. The Sharzule brand is a premium product, while Caterers Crush represents value for money. Both brands play an important role for the company. A significant part of Sharzules growth has come from contract packing (preparing and packaging product for other companies and labelling with various labels including the contract companys own label) and, also providing ingredients for other manufacturers.
