My husband and I have had the good fortune to purchase and renovate a cottage on Little Squam, a dream of ours since first discovering the lake 30 years ago. We chose Sharpe Construction LLC based on several stellar recommendations from the people we know and trust in the area. Our project, led by Eric Sharpe, exceeded every expectation and is truly everything we wanted in our lake home. Eric has an easy going, can-do, attitude and was endlessly patient as we planned and re-planned the renovation. Eric and his team, especially Dave, are master craftsmen. The workmanship is top-notch -- custom cabinets, built-ins and woodwork are all high quality and beautifully executed. We were initially concerned with completing a project of this size remotely, but placed our trust in Eric and team and were not disappointed. The project was a true collaboration and many of the final decisions reflect Erics great sense of style and improvements upon the architectural plans to make even the smallest spaces functional.
