To meet the demand and market requirement, Sharmin Group initiated a project of modern buildings with floor space of 599,500 square feet at the outskirts of Dhaka in Ashulia, Savar. Now Sharmin Group has 1... 44 production lines with an estimated monthly production capacity of 4 million pieces. Currently total skilled work force in Sharmin Group is more than 20000 and turnover has reached to USD 200 million per annum. Sharmin Group is certified by BSCI, WRAP and Control Union. By the year 2021-2022, Sharmin Group is expecting to increase capacity by adding another 60 production lines which could cross turn over around USD 300 million per annum. To meet the washing requirement, group initiated modern washing unit with dry and wet process capacity of 4 million pieces per month. The Effluent Treatment Plant which is built for purifying waste water to help maintaining healthy environment. Sharmin Group is also working with International Finance Corporation and GIZ to save energy and water which is helping best utilization of the limited resources of the earth.
